Reliable Time Off Manager

This is my third app from Apps 365, we previously got the Ticketing System and Asset Management. The Time Off Manager is just as consistent and reliable as their other stuff. Setup was smooth, same as before, and it integrated well with our existing SharePoint. Good to see they keep up the quality.

Easy to use Employee Directory

We needed a better way to find people in our company and the SharePoint Employee Directory really helped. It was pretty easy to set up, just followed the instructions. Everyone in the office seems to like it too. Made things a lot smoother for sure.

Effective Employee Onboarding

The Employee Onboarding 365 app worked well. Simplified our new hire process. Easy to set up and use. Saved a lot of time for HR. No issues.

Recruitment Management is great!

Wow, the Recruitment Management 365 is fantastic! We just implemented it and it has streamlined our whole hiring process. Everything is so organized now, it's a huge improvement. I will definitely be exploring their other HR apps soon. Highly recommend to any HR team!

Help Desk and Knowledge Base review

We implemented both the Help Desk 365 and the Knowledge Base apps. The Help Desk is fairly robust and has definitely improved our internal support system; tickets are easier to track now. The Knowledge Base is decent for documentation, but I found the search functionality could be a bit more intuitive. Installation was mostly smooth, but we did hit a snag integrating the Knowledge Base with a custom SharePoint site template, which required a call to support. They were responsive, though it took a couple of days to fully resolve. Good value for money, but there's always room for minor UI improvements.

Hey, wondering if anyone knows how long it usually takes to get the Recruitment Management 365 app up and running? We need something quick for a hiring push.

E Emily L. 4 weeks ago
From what I remember, the setup for Recruitment Management was pretty fast, especially if your SharePoint environment is already sorted. Like, a few days for basic stuff.

A Amber G. 3 weeks ago
Yeah, if it's just the basic implementation, it's quick. They say it's designed to be fast, like not weeks or anything crazy.

are promo codes even a thing for Apps 365? I haven't seen any around.

L Laura Jackson 4 weeks ago
Not really in the typical sense. Most discounts are automatic if you choose annual billing or for things like non-profits. You don't usually find public codes.

A Abigail Turner 4 weeks ago
Nah, they don't do coupon codes much. Your best bet for a discount is the annual subscription or if you're a non-profit. Or a big enterprise customer might get a custom deal.

Does Apps 365 offer a free trial for their stuff? Want to try before I buy.

G Grace Carter 1 week ago
Yep, 14-day free trial. I used it for the Timesheet app, was enough time to see if it worked for us.

They do! Two weeks. Just sign up on their site. No credit card needed either, which is nice.

Heard about Akumina, how does Apps 365 compare to them? trying to decide between the two for a new intranet portal.

E Eric Hill 1 week ago
Apps 365 feels a bit more focused on direct business applications within SharePoint/Teams, whereas Akumina can be broader for digital employee experience. Depends on what you prioritize.

D Donna Mitchell 1 week ago
I looked at both. Akumina felt more like an intranet platform builder, while Apps 365 is more about specific tools like the directory or ticketing system. Apps 365 felt more 'plug-and-play' for our specific needs.

Is there any way to get a discount if I'm looking at multiple apps, like the HRMS and the Time Off Manager together?

J Jacob Moore 1 month ago
Definitely ask about a multi-app bundle. They usually have deals for that, especially if you're getting more than one.

Yeah, I got a better rate when I bundled our HR tools. Just reach out to their sales team directly, they'll sort you out with a quote.

thinking about getting the Employee Directory. is it pretty easy to customize, or am i stuck with their templates?

M Megan Thomas 2 weeks ago
You can definitely customize it, they're built on SharePoint so you have a lot of flexibility. It's not just a canned solution.

J Jennifer 2 weeks ago
Naw, you can tweak a bunch of stuff. We changed colors and fields pretty easily to match our company look.

Anyone know if their stuff works well with Microsoft Teams? Need something that integrates smoothly.

N Nathan Roberts 1 month ago
Oh yeah, totally. A lot of their apps are specifically built to integrate with Teams. That's kinda their thing.

A Alex C. 1 month ago
Most of them have a Teams-integrated version. Check the product page for the specific app you're looking at, but generally, yes.
